How it all began

Trust Your Body was born from a simple realization: humans crave healthy and productive social connection.

During a New York trip, Duccio and Lorenzo noticed cultural shifts in how people socialize. Social life was no longer centered only around nightlife, excess, or escaping reality. A cultural shift was emerging — one built around wellness, movement, music, healthy connection, and good feelings — without losing yourself in the process.

For both of them, sports have always been an integral part of their identity. Duccio grew up playing professional water polo, while Lorenzo spent much of his life on the soccer field. Discipline, resilience, teamwork, and the energy that sports create shaped who they are from a young age. But they also understood something else: people still craved connection, celebration, and shared experiences.

That’s how the idea was born.

What if wellness and social life didn’t have to exist separately?

What if movement, music, and community could become one experience?

They returned to Italy inspired to bring this culture to Europe — creating spaces where people could train, dance, connect, and feel part of something bigger. Not a nightclub. Not a fitness class. Not a music festival. A new social experience built around energy, balance, and authenticity.

Soon after, they shared this vision with Arthur, their friend and seasoned Silicon Valley entrepreneur, who also shared their vision for how people could find community via productive and healthy experiences free from ideology. Despite their distinct cultures, they were  connected by a similar mindset, finding an opportunity to create something unique — a global movement capable of bringing people together through wellness, music, and human connection.

Trust Your Body was born from the belief that the body never lies.

That when people move together, sweat together, dance together, and truly connect, something real happens.

What started as an idea between friends became a movement, a movement that will take the world by storm promoting healthy, happy, and long lasting human experiences.
